One of the most common reasons for a non-functioning WiFi connection, apart from entering the wrong password, is selecting the right network.
Livy Protect only supports 2.4 GHz WiFi routers. If you have both a 5.0 GHz and 2.4 GHz network enabled, you should make sure that both networks are named differently and that you have connected to the 2.4 GHz network or selected the same network during the installation process.
