If your Livy Protect is offline, there can be several reasons for this. Please go through the following steps one after the other:
1. Check if the battery is charged. Read more about this in the article on correctly charging the battery.
2. Is there a stable internet connection at home?
2. Is your WiFi router down? You can easily check this by trying to access a website from your smartphone while connected to the WiFi network.
3. Re-enter the WiFi data into the Livy Protect and proceed as follows:
a) Click on the room map

b) Open the device settings

c) Select your network and enter the WiFi data again
