To adjust the motion sensitivity of your Livy Protect, please read the following article first: Motion Sensitivity / Motion Detection.
If adjusting the motion sensor does not produce the desired result, the device must be reset to the factory settings and then reinstalled. Please follow these steps:
1) Open the room map of your device.
2) Click on the gear wheel to open the device settings.
3) Now remove the device from your location
4) Perform a reset by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a red flash and a signal sound.
5) Now reinstall the Livy Smart Ring
The motion alarm should then work as expected.
