If you have changed for example your smartphone and want to use a new phone number, you must first remove Livy Protect with the old phone number from the app. You can read more about this in our article How do I remove my Livy Protect from the App?
Alternatively, you can use your old number to invite the new number with the role 'resident' to your location via the community function.
Then log out and log in again with the new phone number. You can then use the new number to remove the old number from the community.
