Why does it take 10 minutes to activate the alarm?

In the Livy App, the motion detector activation time for burglary protection can be selected variably between 10 or 15 minutes.
 
The activation time of the alarm cannot be shortened, because Livy Protect is not permanently connected to the Internet when it is not activated. Therefore, we can guarantee a longer battery life.
