If the LED indicator light on your Smart Ring is solid blue and does not connect to your smartphone in the Livy App, you should follow these steps:
1.) Switch your Bluetooth off and on again in the phone settings of your smartphone.
2.) Turn off Bluetooth of nearby smartphone devices.
3.) Quit the Livy App and open the App again.
If the LED indicator is still blue and does not respond to pressing the reset button, please contact our Support.
